Your described fault means: P120D Secondary Fuel Injector Excessive Flow, Bank 2
I think that your Problem comes from this Fuel Injector, you should check this, maybe it stands permanent open.
Is your fuel consumption higher in the present time?
You can check the wirings to the Injector and from the ECU when there is a shortcut it could hold the injector open.
