Your described fault Code means: long term fuel trim upper limit
This is a mistake of mixture of - too lean. The engine control module no longer comply with the enriching (limit reached), and the motor runs permanently too lean.
Attention, in the long term risk to motor!
Do you have LPG?
If not, this may be due to several things: air, various Vacuumleitungen leaks, air flow meter.
Usually this is due probably to the MAS. The part which is bolted to the air filter box (with cable end).
