This Code means: CCM-0003 fan motor vehicle interior temperature sensor faulty signal
This Code is for a faulty Fan and would like a System without blowing the air into your interior.
Check this fan if it has correct pluged and if there is battery voltage on it, when it runs at highest select.
But no cold air means like a faulty climate System, likes a non filling climate System, check this also.
