Hello , thanks for your question in the autoaid Community.
Your described fault Code means: Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Control Circuit/Open
This fault code means a problem with the wirings for the control of the EGR Valve, not the valve himself.
You have to look for the wirings and with a correct wirings diagram you should measure the wirings from the ecu to the egr valve.
I think there is your fault.
