Description
when I give vacuum to actuator turbo is ok, ventil new.

Your described fault Code means: SOLENOID VALVE PRESSURE REGULATION. SHORT CIRCUIT TO BATTERY
Do you have renewed the solenoid valve?
If this valve is new, then look for the wirings, one of these has a shortcut to the Battery.
Look with the help of the wiring diagram for the fault in the wirings.
One of them should be fault.
This faultcode means the solenoid valve self, maybe there´s a fault in both parts..
