A blind diagnosis isn't easy.
The mentioned error code P0299 says, that the boost pressure is too low.
Symptoms are:
This DTC can have different causes.
First you should check harness, plug connectors etc. of the boost pressure sensor and the boost pressure control valve. It could be a corroded connector or a broken cable, that causes that kind of failure.
Maybe one of the sensors is defective. Possible is a malfunction of the mass air flow sensor, too.
Another cause can be a leakage. So check the hoses between turbo, intercooler and engine.
