Your described fault Code means: d073 can bus communication faulty
Please make the following:
Disconnect the Battery, then disconnect the Plug from the ECU and connect it again.
After These Procedere connect the Battery and look if the Problem is erased,
A Can bus communication fault could be a small Problem, in the most times this Problem could be erased or be erased with the Procedere in the top of these answer.
