Your described fault Codes means:
B1202 M2/22 (ACTUATOR MEANS JET FLAP)
B1306 CAN COMMUNICATION WITH THE ECU N30/4 (ECU ESP) IS DISTURBED.
B1302 CAN COMMUNICATION WITH CONTROL UNIT FOR LOWER CONTROL PANEL ERROR
B1202 should be a faulty M2/22, because this part is direct listen from the ECU.
Check the wirings to the M2/22 with the wiring diagram.
A noisy fan doesn´t comes from these codes, look if there is something in the fan, or push it with your hands after the disassembly of this part. But enclose the plug before you touch this Fan.
