Your asked fault Code means: THE 'PARKTRONIC SYSTEM HAS DETECTED A FAULT.
Now you can drive a Little bit with this car, because during the test drive your PTS System checks all the sensors and should then a new fault Code send.
Than you know wich sensor is fault. If there Comes not a newer fault, then check the cable in the bumpers, there could be a Problem or a Connection fault.
