Hello , thanks for your question in the autoaid Community.
Your described fault Code means: no or faulty communication with the telephone ecu
Maybe a hard-reset could help.
Please enclose the battery for 30 minutes and then connect it again.
When the Problem isn´t better, then you shoukd check the Bus System to the Teleaid ECU.
Check this and tell me after this how it works.
