A blind diagnosis isn't easy.
What are the specific symptoms?
The DTC 9210 means that the Supply Voltage of the Air Conditioner Control Module is too low.
According to your diagnosis there are a lots of undervoltage faults. As I said here you should check the Supply Voltage of your car.
You can check the Voltage Supply of the A/C Control Module at the plug connection A.
The setpoint is 11,0–14,0 V.
Other possible causes could be:

The DTC 9210 means that the Supply Voltage of the Air Conditioner Control Module is too low.
According to your diagnosis there are a lots of undervoltage faults. As I said here you should check the Supply Voltage of your car.
You can check the Voltage Supply of the A/C Control Module at the plug connection A.

Other possible causes could be:
- faulty wiring of the Control Module (broken cable, loose contact, corroded connection etc.)
- Fuse 64 ( Fuse Box 1) faulty / defective
- A/C Control Module faulty / defective
