Hello Stuart Middleton, thanks for your question in the Community.
Your fault Code means: Lost communications between Audio Display and Audio Gateway.
I think not your engine shuts down, your Display shut down or?
Take off your Batteries plus pole and wait a few minutes.
Then contact the plus Pole again, i think this Hard Reset should help you.
After this you should have a look on your AGW maybe it was water in your trunk.
Also Check the connections from the Gateway and the Pins in the Plug.
