Your described fault Code means: 2348 (001) system 'Boost pressure control' test. The charging pressure is too low.
Look at the turbocharger, there is at least an underpressure hose, maybe this is fault or leaky.
Look also at the other side, there is the solenoid valve, sometimes this is faulty or the wires have a shortcut.
If there is already okay, then look at the loading pressure hoses, sometimes there is a leak or its ripped.
If there is nothing seen, then the boost pressure system must be checked with a leak tester, this means pressure on the boost side must be given and then hear where it hisses.
At last measure is the turbo charger faulty. There is the pressure control valve, sometimes this doesn´t work right, then the turbo charger must be renewed.
