Hello , thanks for your question in the autoaid Community.
Your described fault Code means: Service Memory is full, Service warning is deactivated
By this Code you can test it with a hard reset, unplug the battery for a few minutes and connect it.
After this procedure test if the fault Code is reseted, when it doesn´t be erased, then you can renew the speedometer.
The Service calculator is inside this item.
But at last, i think, you should go to a Mercedes dealer and maybe a Software update helps to reset this fault.
This is the last Chance then..before you renew the speedometer.
