The following information reached us:
A blind diagnosis isn't easy.
What are the specific symptoms? Where is the AIRMATIC suspension too low? Only one wheel, the rear axle or the whole car?
What do you mean with reset of the suspension level? There was a fault in the Level Control. This problem has to be solved.
The DTC 9120 means that the Level Control Valve [Y36/4] is interrupted.
As I can see you were able to clear the fault memory of the Level Control. Are there still any problems?

- symptom: suspension too low
- DTC: 5340 (C1340)

What do you mean with reset of the suspension level? There was a fault in the Level Control. This problem has to be solved.
