not shifting. already changed the transmission plate and had it programmed.

Your described fault Code means: DRIVE SPEED TO WHEEL SPEED - COMPARISON NOT OK
Where do you have renewed the electronic hydraulic Control unit? This is a part which only be renewed at a Daimler Workshop, because the old Settings must be replaced in the new Control unit. If you have really the complete Control unit, with the magnetic Ventiles, then there must be the new Software installed and the ECU have to learn in to the car.
When this is already done and the fault is also there, you have to look if there is an error in the Gearbox.
Do you have the Oil Connection pipe correct build in?
