Hello , thanks for your question in the autoaid Community.
Your described fault Code means: The throttle body has a mechanical malfunction. There is a mechanical fault
By this fault code you can only replace the throttle body.
You can test it with the Is-Values and there look if the throttle bode turns.
Then you could build off these body and look if there is coked. Then you can proof this when you clean the throttle body, but i think there helps only a replaced throttle body..
