Your described fault Code means: C073 can communication bus fault and the other Code means:
E516 CAN-Bus off - Send failure
Look for a faulty wiring and test it with a hard reset. Means, plug off the battery and plug on it after a few minutes.
Sometimes cleans this Procedere this Faultcodes.
