This fault Code means: C1956 EPS - steering angle sensor: circuit error
This faulty is the same Art likes the other failure..C1306
Well I think you should check the steering angle sensor, at first you make this "hard-Reset", described in Code C1306 from your question.
After this you should check the System again, if the fault codes Comes again.
When yes, you should check the fuses, Wirings and Plug from and to the steering sensor.
