I have change both oil and filter and no improvement its still same problem

Hello , thanks for your question in the autoaid Community.
Your described fault Code means: Clutch B and Clutch B-D faulty.
By these faultcodes it Looks like a total fault in your gearbox.
The Transmission Gearbox must opened and the clutches renewed. But in the most times, there has to replace the complete Gearbox.
Sorry, but this is better in many times..
