symptoms
- engine dies on acceleration. OK on tickover.
Description
engine will tickover but dies on opening throttle. Releasing throttle quickly allows engine to pick up again.

Your described fault Code means: CAMSHAFT SENSOR A (CYLINDER BANK 1 OR SINGLE SENSOR) - CIRCUIT, MALFUNCTION
You should measure the wirings from these Camshaft sensor, also look for a shortcut to mass of battery.
I´ve seen that you have many faults in the engine control unit, there is one, that could be your problem..
FUEL PUMP RELAY is a few times in the faultcode list, i think that there is not enough pressure and the engine dies when you open the throttle. Look for this relay and renew this, after the measure if there is electric control from the ecu okay.
