Hi, thanks for your question in the community.
This error code means: (B), POSITION OF THE EXHAUST CAMSHAFT, CYLINDER BANK 1 - ADJUSTMENT TO EARLY OR PERFORMANCE PROBLEM
First guess would be a length timing chain or broken timing chain tensioner (possibly the VVT/VANOS or its control, but rarely).
You should first check the length and tension of the timing chain.
The smaller motors are actually not as susceptible control chain problems, maintenance must be done carefully.
Specially if the oil change were extended beyond the chains at the engine tend to the lengths, rare but it happens.
Mean I'm as for lang's because you drive really mainly long-haul tip rather once too much oil change as too little, that intervals feel standard.
