Your described fault Code means: THROTTLE ACTUATOR CONTROL SYSTEM - FORCED LIMITED POWER
This means that the Throttle Actuator has an electric Problem. So you should check the wires and plugs from the Throttle, and when there is already okay, so you should replace the Throttle.
Because there is an internal electrical Problem.
