Terms of withdrawal from contract

Right of withdrawal from contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without the necessity to state any reasons.

The withdrawal period of 14 days begins on the day that you or an authorized third party, who is not the carrier, has taken the goods in possession.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

Email: info@autoaid.de

through a concise statement (e.g. per postal mail, fax or email) about your decision to withdraw from the contract. For doing so, you may use the template provided below, but this template is not mandatory.

To fulfill the withdrawal period deadline, it is sufficient that you sent out the information about exercising your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Implications of withdrawal from contract

When you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all according payments including shipping costs (but excluding any additional shipping costs, if you have not selected the cheapest shipping option that we offered) as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving your statement about exercising your right of withdrawal. For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you chose for the initial transaction, unless other agreements have been decided upon by both parties; however, fees for the refund may not apply in any case.

We may postpone the refund until we have either received back all the according goods from you, or until you have submitted a proof to us that the goods have been shipped, depending on which of those two events takes place first.

You must send back or hand over all the goods to us as soon as possible and at least within 14 days after you first informed us about your withdrawal. This deadline is fulfilled, if you send out the goods within 14 days.

You have to cover the immediate costs for the return shipment.

You only have to cover for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss occurs due to a handling on your side that goes beyond the necessary means for examination of condition, properties or functionality.

For your withdrawal, we offer this template withdrawal form.
