Secure communication

All communication with the autoaid telematics API is SSL encrypted and requires appropriate authentication, in order that nobody gains unauthorized access to data or vehicle. This extends to any connections between our servers, as well as to autoaid telematics hardware. We are using only industry standard security solutions, for example as being applied in online banking.

Our autoaid servers are continuously being updated and monitored in order to prevent any access by unauthorized parties. Frequent evaluations of our processes, apps, and servers guarantee that we are always on the forefront of data security. On principle, all data on our servers is stored with encryption.
